To improve traditional massive wind-blow from one single direction, KFE quenching applies new technology to guide wind-blow from all outer side to the inner side, preventing interference of outer wind force and bringing wind-blow to evenly reach each filament yarn, resulting in equal cooling time of each filament yarn required.
Under this equal cooling circumstances, KFE quenching device enables outcome of the filament yarn fineness, crystallization, and orientation to become even and same quality level that highly improves production defect rate. The KFE quenching uses only 30% of the amount of the traditional wind-blow, saves energy and massively increases non-defect filament yarn production, particularly for denier filament production. The KFE quenching solves not only problems of denier filament yarn production, but also the uneven filament yarn of UDY 75d/36f and 150d/48f.
